The difficulty of the constructing a full robot requires that we stay on the cutting edge of technology, software, and research. Wisconsin Robotics depends on contributions from sponsors to provide:
  • Sophisticated equipment such as single board computers, laser range finders, cameras, and motors.
  • Embedded and electrical components like AVR’s, wires, and military spec connectors.
  • Materials including raw materials, mechanical component such as bearings/bushings, and services such as machining.
  • Financial donations to help pay for transportation, material, services, and other costs.

As an expanding organization, Wisconsin Robotics is seeking both financial and in-kind sponsorships. All donations made through the University of Wisconsin Foundation are tax deductible. We value partnership with our sponsors and are seeking sponsors both financially and collaboratively. We would like to work together with collaborative sponsors on research and development that would be mutually beneficial to our organizations. Additionally, we believe that  both our students and your company would benefit from tours, demonstrations, and the opportunity for company exposure to like minded students and the public.

Please fill out our form on the Contact page for more information on becoming a sponsor, or take a look at our Sponsorship Package below.

If you would like to make a donation to Wisconsin Robotics, please contact a member of the admin team, or use the 'Donate' button at the top of the page.

Land O’Lakes, Inc. hosted Land O’Lakes Bot Shot, challenging STEM talent to design and build robots to shoot basketballs and square off in a game of H-O-R-S-E. The program sought to celebrate the talent of students in the fields of science, robotics and engineering, and raise awareness of the advanced technology and innovation central to modern agriculture.

Snap-on donated the majority of the tools that Wisconsin Robotics uses in manufacturing and assembly of our various projects. About two thirds of all fabrication work that we do can be done in-house thanks to Snap-on.
SICK donated sensors and equipment that allows Wisconsin Robotics Mars rovers to map their surroundings.  Allowing live trajectory monitoring  and autonomous correction to avoid large obstacles.
